Coaching and Counselling
I am an integrative coach-therapist, fully qualified as a counsellor and coach. I am committed to being trauma informed, neurodivergent-inclusive, anti-racist and LGBTQIA+ affirmative.
I offer a free initial consultation to discuss where you are and where you want to be, what you are struggling with, and what you want to explore in more depth.
I work internationally and offer sessions in English and in German. My session fees start at £65, with some low-cost spaces available. I work online and in person, outdoors in green spaces and in therapy rooms in East London.Please get in touch to discuss your individual needs.
Counselling
There are times when we feel stuck in current patterns, or difficult thoughts and feelings have a negative impact on our daily lives. Counselling can help to resolve these and develop more helpful patterns.
I have special interests in questions of identity, relationships, transitions, self esteem, loss, depression, anxiety and self care.
I listen confidentially and without judgment. We agree where to focus our work together, with regular reviews to assist you with resolving problems and moving forward.
Coaching
As a coach I offer personal and emotional support to take ideas forward. I am experienced coaching creatives, so I understand some of the needs around juggling a portfolio life, prioritising, and taking forward creative plans under pressure of other demands.
Coachees appreciate the time and space my coaching offers for personal development and reflection, for articulating their feelings and thoughts. I offer encouragement and challenge, and I assist coachees to grow and trust in their own resourcefulness.
Professional Qualifications and Memberships
I am a qualified integrative counsellor and accredited coach. I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, and Member of its Coaching Division.
I hold a Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Coaching from the University of East London. I am accredited as a Relational Dynamic coach through Relational Dynamics First Ltd and Culture at Work Ltd. I have regular clinical supervision and liability insurance that enables me to work internationally.
